2. How to Request Data Removal

To request removal of your registered contact details or consultation records:

• •Include your registered Name, Mobile Number, and PAN details for identity verification
• •We will process your request within 5-7 business days

3. Statutory Retained Records

Please note that statutory transaction logs and CKYC records required under SEBI/AMFI regulatory mandates must be retained by RTAs (CAMS/KFintech) for statutory compliance periods.
